I miss this community. I think I've decided to actually come back so I've spent January and February sketching and not liking what I had drawn. I wanted to come back strong, but the thing is that I might have forgotten how to draw. I was really frustrated that it was taking me so long to produce something acceptable that I just settled for starting with something I didn't hate. It has been so many years. I vow to continue to practice drawing and try to stay committed this time. Drawing made me feel relaxed... and kind of happy. I am looking to get a new tablet and a program where I can start digital art again and I'm desperate for recommenda

You thought I was dead, didn't you? It's been a year and almost ten months since I've posted a new journal. Why? Because I've been crazy busy. Every once in a while, I'll log on to manage my messages and browse through the art of the artists I watch. You guys have no idea how much it touches me that you still think my art is good. I've been drawing a little bit, but since I'm studying to eventually get my PhD in cellular molecular biology, it's been hard keeping up with the artist within me. I just wanted to let you guys know how much I love you for looking up to me and saying such nice things about my paintings/drawings. Once school calms

 since january is almost over, i figured i should finally post my belated version of a "new years journal" to catch everyone up, i bought my very first xbox! ever since that fateful day, ive lost my soul to the alluring grasp of the elder scrolls. after beating skyrim, i moved onto oblivion. which, in my opinion, is far more challenging and entertaining than its sequel (opinions, anyone??) to be honest, the only reason that im writing this journal is because my HDMI cable broke ahahah. nevertheless, to uphold my lazy, college student stereotype, i have been doing nothing except play video games and throw a couple of doodles in my sketch
